Description
Pilský pond is located in the Central Bohemian Region in Bohdaneč near Zbraslavice, approximately 20 km from Kutná Hora and 75 km from Prague. The pond lies at an altitude of 463 meters above sea level and extends on an area of 3.6 hectares. The average depth of the pond is 2 meters, its sandy-white bottom has a round shape. The perimeter of the pond is clearly indicated by 19 hunting points, which are sufficiently separated from each other, some of them are apparatus. The shores are grassy and maintained throughout the year.
Pilský pond is a private district on which only catch and release. You will find a rich fish stock, which is represented mainly by trophy carp and sturgeons. Among the other species are represented by amur, lines, pain, etc. The pond is situated on the outskirts of the village and on its shore is a complex, which includes a hotel with restaurant, sports grounds, distillery, sets with pastures and lookout tower. The excellent availability of services while maintaining the natural character of the area around the pond is its great advantage.
