Water "U Stryia Yvana"

The pond is located in a convenient location, 60 km from the regional center of Ivano-Frankivsk.
There is a good road to the reservoir, even in rainy weather you can drive in without problems, from the Ivano-Frankivsk - Horodyanka highway near the road sign "p20" - the distance is 700 meters to our territory.

The pond has not been lowered since 2011, only restocked, so here you can catch fish of various age categories from 0.5 kg to 12-16 kg. fish weighing more than 5 kg must be released into the reservoir. The following types of fish are present in the reservoir: carp, carp, grass carp, crucian carp,
perch, roach, walleye, rainbow trout, river and long-finned crayfish. In order to prevent the spread of invasive and infectious diseases in fish, work is systematically carried out to liming the reservoir. For guests and fishermen there is a boat and a catamaran, you can fish both from the shore and from a boat, on 4 bottom or floating tackle.
In winter, fishing is allowed under conditions when the ice is already thick and you are wearing a life jacket.

The pond has its own feature - spring-clean water, in which even trout live, the indicator of clean water is river and long-legged crayfish, which were stocked in the lake back in 2011.

In the spring and summer period, you can hide from the hot sun in the shade of trees planted by the owners of the pond in the coastal zone.

A frame-type house was built on the very shore, the house sleeps 8, a small kitchen, a set of dishes for 10 people, skewers, a cauldron for cooking fish soup, an electric stove, a microwave oven, a refrigerator, a hand washer, detergents and disinfectants.

The house is quite cozy, as the temperature does not rise above 22 degrees in the summer, and in the winter the house is heated by an old fireplace.
Our house is electrified - and solar panels are installed.
There is a shower cabin, a bathroom with hot and cold water. There is an outlet on the territory where you can recharge electronic devices.
In hot weather, you can relax in the apple-cherry garden.
We also have a wood-burning "Steamer".

It is allowed to drive up to the edge of the water by car. The territory is guarded by a security guard and video surveillance.
Near the house there is an artificial beach where you can sunbathe and ride on a swing, it is also allowed to bring pets.

People call our place Stryi Yvan - the caring owner and his brother Roman.
