Lake "Velyki Berehy"

Description of the lake "Veliki Berehy".
The lake is located near the village of Velyki Berehy, Berehiv district, Zakarpattia region.
The total area of ​​the reservoir is 21 hectares, the depth is from 2.5m to 6m.
Opened for amateur fishing since 1992, in 2020 the Beregy Fishing Club was established at the base of the lake, and since then the reservoir has acquired the status of a sports reservoir.
Since 2020, the lake has been regularly stocked with carp and grass carp, the last stocking took place in the fall of 2021. in the total amount of 4.85 tons weighing from 3 to 10 kg.
There are 5 comfortable houses for living on the reservoir, a sandy beach with clean water, and a playground for children. For comfortable fishing, 21 sectors have been prepared, of which 7 sectors are loose, where it is comfortable to fish in any weather, the rest are equipped with convenient buoys.
