Privacy Notice Yazz

Fishing is all about that peace and quiet. In Yazz we understand that and that’s why we aim to provide you with peace and privacy not only while fishing but also when interacting with us.
This Privacy Notice (“Notice”) is here to help you to understand how your personal data is collected, stored, or used, and what happens to it when you're using https://yazz.me, https://business.yazz.me (“Website”), and Yazz Mobile Application (“App”).

2. How do we collect and use data?
When you access our Website and App we will automatically receive certain technical data, you can provide some data yourself.
2.1. Automatically collected data.

- Website and App entry data. We use this data to improve our Website and App and your interactions with it, such data includes IP address, browser, and device characteristics, operating system, language preferences, referring URLs (applicable for Website), device name, country, and location.
2.2. Data we get from you.
- Customers:
- Registration data. Email, full name, country, language, and profile picture
- Profile data. Registration data + phone number, date of birth
- Business operators:
- Business registration data. Email
- Business profile data. Organisation registration data (full name, address of registration, company ID and tax number, and Supporting documents) phone number.
- Place of service data. Name of the place of service, phone number, email, location, payment data (credit card number, IBAN, tax number, name of the payment receiver)
3. Why do we use your data?
We process your personal data to let you use our Website and App. Also, we use some of your data to improve our services and send you marketing communications if you consent to receive them. Find out more about how we use your data in this section.
